How the Guest List & RSVP Tracker Works
A simple guest list manager: add each invited party by name and size, set an RSVP status (Pending, Yes, No, Maybe), and update or remove entries as replies come in. Running totals at the top show total invited parties plus confirmed, declined, and pending headcounts, so you always know where your final numbers stand for the caterer or venue.
Calculation Example
Add "The Smiths" as a party of 4 with status Pending; once they reply, switch their status to Yes and the confirmed headcount updates automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my guest list saved anywhere?
No — this tool keeps your list in the current browser tab only. It is not saved or uploaded, so refreshing the page or closing the tab clears it. Keep a copy elsewhere if you need it to persist.
What counts toward the "confirmed" total?
Only parties marked "Yes" — their full party size is added to the confirmed headcount. "Maybe" and "Pending" are tracked separately since they are not final numbers yet.
